PLINFA Successfully Commissioned a Robotic Complex for the Automatic Setting of Ceramic Blocks
PLINFA has successfully completed a project to automate the section after forming at one of the brick plants. A robotic complex designed for the automatic transfer of freshly formed ceramic blocks onto drying slats has been commissioned.
The use of an industrial robot makes it possible to handle the products carefully immediately after forming and place them on the drying slats with high precision. This ensures that the geometry of the products is preserved and improves the productivity of the line and the stability of the technological process.
PLINFA completed the full scope of work required for the project: development of the automatic setting technology, design of the mechanical part, integration of the FANUC industrial robot, creation of the control system, commissioning work, and putting the equipment into industrial operation.
This project has become another confirmation of PLINFA’s expertise in the robotization of ceramic production. Today, the company offers modern solutions for automating the production processes of bricks, ceramic blocks, and clinker products, enabling enterprises to improve productivity, product quality, and production efficiency.
