Crushers
PLINFA supplies all types of crushers required for ceramic production and related industries. The crusher range includes four main classes:
1. Disc crushers (PL400 series: PL443, PL454, PL460)
2. Disintegrator roller crushers (PL601-08, PL601-10, PL517)
3. Roller crushers for coarse/fine grinding (USM40, PL516, PL1096)
4. Roller crushers for final grinding (PL608-10, KROK45)
Disc crushers are the most powerful equipment used for primary coarse crushing.
The crusher consists of two shafts with independent drives, on which toothed discs are installed. The gap between the discs is adjustable depending on processing requirements. The motors are equipped with frequency converters, and the control system allows regulation of shaft rotation speed, ensuring optimal crusher operation
