PLINFA Manufactured Two High-Capacity Screw Conveyors for a Metallurgical Plant

PLINFA has successfully completed the design and manufacturing of two screw conveyors with a capacity of 100 tons per hour each for a metallurgical plant.

During the equipment design process, special attention was paid to the highly abrasive properties of the conveyed material. To ensure maximum service life, the screw flights were manufactured from wear-resistant Hardox steel, significantly increasing the equipment’s resistance to abrasive wear while reducing operating costs.

To ensure high reliability and continuous operation, the conveyors are equipped with German SEW-EURODRIVE gearmotors, recognized as one of the best solutions for heavy-duty industrial applications.
